Shipping policy

Please refer to your tracking number as delays may occur due to COVID-19. It is only me making the nails. I have no assistance so please be patient. Orders are unable to be shipped on weekends. Please allow 1 week for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

For international orders, shipping time depends on the carrier you choose and the country you reside in. SugarSweetStyles is not responsible for delays that may occur due to COVID-19 and other issues resulting in delays to countries outside of the US.

PRE-ORDERS: For pre-order items, it may take up to 1-2.5 months before it is processed and shipped out. This is because pre-order items are in the works of manufacturing and are not in-stock inventory. You will be updated on the process on our Instagram page. If you purchase a pre-order item, your entire order will not be shipped out until that item arrives and is processed. If you don't want to delay the rest of your package, order pre-order items separately. By ordering pre-order items, you agree to these terms. If you don't wish to wait, don't order pre-order items.

Wait Time: It may take a while to complete orders because I'm the only one fulfilling orders. To stay updated, follow my Instagram. YOU HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY WARNED! Depending on the volumes of my orders, it may get to you quicker. I apologize for the long wait in advance. If you select Priority Mail, it will dictate USPS delivery time, NOT my processing time.

Tracking Orders: You cannot track your order until a shipping label is printed. It doesn’t get printed until I pack your order. It will take time before you can track your order because I’m not a big business like Amazon. Small businesses can't control USPS! It can take anywhere from 1 week- 1 month for USPS to update their tracking. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, and damaged packages once again.

Address Change, Moving, or Wrong address: Please make sure to enter correct shipping address to minimize the risk of the mailing service losing your package and it being sent back to me. I’m not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.You are responsible for knowing your place of residence and entering your address correctly. If you move or the package gets delivered  to the wrong address, then that is out of my reach. However, if you need an address change you must let me know ASAP. I'll try my best to fix it but if it was "in pre-shipment" before you notify me, then it is out of my reach. 

Once a package is sent out I can't change the address. If a package gets sent back to me or you need an address change, you must pay for the shipping fees again since the last shipping label is voided. No exception regardless of amount spent. 

If your package is sent back to me, I will reach out to you to try to resolve the issue. After an invoice to repay shipping is sent, and you DO NOT respond within 3 Days, your items will be refunded. I CANNOT refund shipping since the label was already used. 

SugarSweetStyles is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns. Once a package is shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package and it is not in my control. If a package is lost please contact USPS and file a claim.
